Talking about shit .. why are we even having this shitty debate in the
first place?

The letter of the LGPL is that modified version has to be released in
source when distributed.

However, the reason why LGPL exists or the spirit of the license is to
keep software usable.

So with Cedar libraries in particular we have usable opensource
implementation and Allwinner releasing the source for the Cedar lib
has little practical impact if any at all.

So I see the effort that goes into more and more obfuscated Cedar
releases on AW side and effort that goes in proving that the more
obfuscated releases are still technically infringing the copyright of
the ffmpeg author(s) on linux-sunxi side completely wasted.

Especially since on sunxi side there is no progress with the VE
libraries we have - neither opensource nor closed.

And as pointed out we did get usable license stamped on the memory
initialization code which is actually useful.

So while it is not nice that AW does release Cedar blobs we don't
really need anything that is in those blobs at this moment so all this
noise is quite uselessly tiring.
