I hope I am not asking a redundant question, or to the wrong place. I have
searched the Internet as much as I can and I have read the entire ftape
HOWTO, but I can't find the answer to my question.
I have a Colorado Jumbo 350 tape drive. It uses both 2120 and 2120XL
cartridges. According to what I have read, the 2120XL tapes are identical to
2120's except they are longer. This allows them to store 170MB instead of
the 120MB a normal 2120 stores. Will the ftape program use the longer 2120XL
tapes and store the full 170MB with them? Or should I just save my money and
go with 2120's?
