A newbie question about Exabyte 1500

Hi!

I installed an Exabyte 1500 in the standard FDC, so io=0x3f0, irq=6,
dma=0.
I'm using standard tapes for this kind of device.

In /var/log/messages it's reported that....

[071]     fdc-io.c (setup_fdc_and_dma) - Your FDC does not support
QIC-3020..

What should I do?
