I was not using the companion card that is sold together Exabyte 1500.
I installed it on IO=0x3f0, IRQ=6, DMA=2 and it's working. Notice this is
the standart floppy disk A: configuration!!! I disabled built in FDC in the
boot setup screen to prevent conflict with Exabyte card.

In fact, if someone wants to use this configuration, notice that kernels
before 2.0.36 will not access tape drive and drive A: at the same time. You
should patch your kernel if you want the both ones working apparently
together.
