Hi -

well you didn't mention your drive so I can't tell you exactly;
but generally you need three modules:

ftape,
zftape
and the hardware related module, for example ftape-internal or bpck-fdc.

For the first time forget the insert script and load all of the modules
manually similarily to the following (suitable for a ditto max external):


insmod ftape ft_fdc_driver=bpck-fdc,none,none,none ft_tracings=4,4,4,4,4
insmod zftape
insmod bpck-fdc ft_fdc_irq=7 ft_fdc_base=0x378

Important: You have to adjust the options of those three commands
so make up your mind about the right settings of your special drive.
