Ditto Drive

Has anyone gotten a Ditto Max Pro Ext. Parellel 10 Gig Tape Drive to work
under linux.  I've tried the only one program I know of, ftape, and it said
that it didn't support parellel tape drives :/  

Has anyone gotten these to work under linux or any of the *BSD?  I would be willing to 
pay for commerical backup software if it had to come down to take.
