Is this a floppy drive tape, Parallel port tape, SCSI tape or what?
Does the tape start when you power on you machine? If not, have you had a
look at the cables and connections to it?

How do I find out if my tape drive (Conner) is working? Neither Linux nor
Win95 will even recognize that it exists. Maybe it is damaged or there is a
