Erik,
One question...WHY...floppy tape that is. You can get scsi dats
these days for 120 bucks,tapes are 4.99 if you get a DDS-2 drive it will
back up 4 gigs uncompressed(ie twice that of most ftape drives) and 8
gigs at 2:1 hardware compression. Not to mention SCSI is lightyears
faster. If your working on a small to mid sized business backup I would
go with SCSI. Especially since I'm in the middle of installaling an
ATL P3000 here at work(16 dlt 7000,326 cartridges)
