Which tape drive should I buy?

After finding out that Aiwa's Bolt drive doesn't work under Linux, I 
am now considering the purchase of another tape drive. Before I make 
the investment, however, I would like to know which tape drives work 
WELL under Linux. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for as inexpensive a drive as I can find, so if anyone 
has suggestions for a relatively cheap IDE/ATAPI drive that will 
back up 4 GB onto a single tape, please email me.
