In this price range, I really like the new DI-30 IDE/ATAPI driver from
OnStream. With the latest (2.2.13 now or 2.2.14 coming) kernel and the
ide-tape patches available on LinuxTapeCert, the drive works great
(1+MB/sec and 15GB native per tape). US list is $299. Tapes average
$40.
