I looked at the logs you posted.  They are incomplete.  For example, the
first one (not-connected.log) doesn't include the usb-storage greeting
message.  And most importantly, dd_cmd_and_panic.log starts _after_ the
fault has already occurred and does not include any of the kernel panic
messages.

Try just sending your entire kernel log from bootup to panic.

By the way, the long delays in the third log are normal; they are part of 
the error timeout and recovery procedures.
