It depends on what's causing the mouse not to work. Maybe the mouse itself needs to be reinitialized somehow. Can you post the pre-suspend and post-resume contents of that /proc/driver/uhci file? Also, does that patch I sent help avoid the kernel errors when you rmmod the UHCI driver?
