Yes, i read it but his problem is not solved. Is there maybe a bug in the usb 
hub code?

Is this chip fully supported?

I dont think that there is a hardwareproblem, other OS can use it correctly 
even though it uses usb 1.2 and within 2.6.6 i use usb 2.0.

Disabling onboard usb in bios is only leading to more errors.

Are there any modprobe parameters which might lead to success?
