Since I cannot determine where the latest (master) version of 'Configure.help' 
is kept, this patch is against the very-outdated "Version 3.01: current with 
2.4.19+" of (/usr/src/linux/Documentation/) 'Configure.help' and should be 
applied to the 2.4.x and the 2.6.x trees:
