HI Alan, I installed the 2.6.12.3 kernel on my laptop, and the iAudio G3 seems to work just fine. I'm leary of downgrading my kernel on the dual opteron since I had severe hang problems prior to 2.6.12.3, but I'll do it just for this experiment, while saving my desired kernel for afterwards.
