Tested on PS3, which uses tohci_quirk_toshiba_scc and split
endian ops:

 CONFIG_USB_OHCI_BIG_ENDIAN_MMIO=y
 CONFIG_USB_OHCI_BIG_ENDIAN_DESC=n
