Are you using the most up-to-date modutils (2.4.5)? What about the
hotplugging stuff with USB patches? (They're available on my site -- I
wrote neither the utilities nor the patches, I just patched them and
RPMed them -- http://web.toscano.org/pete/rpms.)
If you've got all of this and it's still not working, let's see the
error messages.
