Hi all

I got a NoName USB hard disk. But I don't have a clue how
to get it working.

I compiled a kernel (2.4.3) with uhci, usb-storage, scsi_mod and
devfs and it works fine.

But if I plug in my USB hard disk, nothings happens. I assume, some new
entries under /dev/discs or /dev/usb should be created...

Here's the output of my kern.log:

| Apr 13 15:11:14 ricola kernel: uhci.c: wakeup_hc
| Apr 13 15:11:14 ricola kernel: uhci.c: root-hub INT complete: port1: 80 port2: 93
|data: 4
| Apr 13 15:11:14 ricola kernel: hub.c: USB new device connect on bus1/2, assigned
|device number 3
| Apr 13 15:11:14 ricola kernel: usb.c: USB device 3 (vend/prod 0x5ab/0x200) is not
|claimed by any active driver.

Are there some other drivers to use this disk?

Any help wanted....

Cheers!
