uhci.c: uhci_destroy_urb_priv: urb c1950a7c still on uhci->urb_list or 
uhci->remove_list

This is one of those "supposed to never happen" messages.

I suspect the oops is related to that message :)

I have a patch I'm testing right now that fixes some locking problems
which may be the cause of this message.

But an ksymoops output would allow us to confirm it.
