Hi!

Thanks for checking this. Could you also check the 2.5.6 kernel? The
read_report stuff is completely rewritten there, it might be a bug in
the driver, not the hardware that causes this.

If it has the same problem with 2.5.6, then I'm quite sure it's a HW
problem and i'll have to add the blacklist to the 2.5.6 version as well.
