Since I don't have any other USB storage devices, I'll try the header-file mod mentioned in those links. If that doesn't work, I'll fall back on Windoze (yuck). I have a HD in my Linux box that has Win95 installed on it, but I would have to move up to Win98 or WinME to get the USB support. (I only use the Win95 HD for my scanner, which I can't get recognized under Linux...)
