Cypress Semiconductor acquired ScanLogic in 2000. As part of the product-integration process, the ScanLogic web-site was recently rolled into the Cypress web-site.
The tools required to upgrade the SL11R-IDE firmware to the 2.6 version can be found here: http://www.cypress.com/support/. Under "Tools and Software", click "Reference Designs". On the "Reference Designs" page, click "Full-Speed Peripherals". In the "Application" column, find the row "Full Speed USB to ATA", then click on the link "SL11RIDE-Combo" to download a zip file containing tools and instructions for performing the firmware upgrade.
