We have several documents  (c.f http://www.linux-usb.org and the USB Guide 
linked off that page). I have previously offered them to the LDP, and got no 
answer. So the Linux USB project does its own documents. The offer for LDP to 
host or mirror the document remains open. I'll even change the name if LDP 
mandates it.

This is not to say that the Linux USB Guide is up to date - it needs a lot of 
work, and I simply don't have the time or motivation to do it.

It is already in docbook, just needs a week or so of effort to get the 
document up to scratch.
