According to you one is meant to alias wlan0 as prism2_usb (in /etc/modules.conf). This seemed strange to me -- aliassing a device as a driver -- but I tried it anyway, and it did not work. However, my main point would be that if in fact one was supposed to do this, then it surely should say so in the README; and if it did not then the instructions are deficient.
