Hello, After reading the archives and HOWTOs I still can't get my Logitech Mouseman iFeel USB to work. I'm running RedHat 7.2 with the 2.4.7-10 kernel and have loaded the modules mousedev, hid, usb-uhci, input and usbcore. I don't care about the force feedback (it's lame anyway), I just want the mouse to work. When I plug in the mouse, I get these messages:
May 14 12:51:07 ronlt kernel: hub.c: USB new device connect on bus1/1, assigned device number 5 May 14 12:51:12 ronlt kernel: usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout May 14 12:51:12 ronlt kernel: input0: USB HID v1.00 Mouse [Logitech Inc. iFeel MouseMan] on usb1:5.0 May 14 12:51:15 ronlt /etc/hotplug/usb.agent: ... no modules for USB product 46d/c032/100 There is nothing under /proc/bus/usb. When I cat /dev/input/mice, I do get all the strange chars when moving the mouse or hitting buttons. This is all on a micron laptop with the standard touchpad. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Cheers, Ron _______________________________________________________________ Have big pipes? SourceForge.net is looking for download mirrors. We supply the hardware. You get the recognition.
