This is not a camera that I recognize. Other people may know more. But 
what I would do is I would open it up and find out what chipset this thing 
uses. Since this is a "generic" camera, I don't think someone went to 
great length to develop a totally new chipset (at $2,000,000 price tag) to 
manufacture these toys. Likely, the chipset is someone's else, OEMed.

As soon as you know what is inside, you need to search for specs on this 
particular chipset. If you have specs, 90% of work is done.
