Okay here's the details. I'll do a search on google in a minute:

One large chip is marked Samsung 946. It also has some letters beneath that 
but they are obscured by a sticker. KW  ...... OCT - FL.

Another large chip is marked Holtek. HT27C010-70 then on the next line 
A205F0441-2. 

Anyone recognise this? Thanks,
