-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I'm trying to get this device going under Linux 2.4.19. Volcano is a generic brand and it comes with next to no documenation. The details from /proc/bus/usb/001/devices are:
T: Bus=01 Lev=01 Prnt=01 Port=00 Cnt=01 Dev#= 2 Spd=12 MxCh= 0 D: Ver= 1.10 Cls=ff(vend.) MxPS= 1 Ivl=3ms I've done a bit of searching and I can't seem to find any info about the device at all. Under windows i can download store pictures from it using and TWAIN compliant app, or I can use it as video capture device. I'd like to be able to do similiar with windows, except with SANE and V4L. As far as I can see the Cls=ff(vend.) seems to indicate that it doesn't use a class driver, but a vendor proprietary one. Can anyone else tell me any info that could be useful in getting this going?
