Hi Nodia,
        You first comment and question do not agree. Either you downloaded 
the whole thing or you didn't. What exactly did you download? I can see 
the comment you mention in the kernel in drivers/usb/usb.c. Did you notice 
all the other files around that one? Like hcd/ehci*?
