After looking through the database for a device that will work with the usb-storage module found in the 2.4 kernel, I came up with very little of an answer. I need a device that will store at least 80 GB and am hoping for something that doesn't cost a lot more then anything that would work with MS Windows. Can anybody please recommend a brand that they have used and can state works well with Linux. Any help is very much appreciated. I've already struck out with a BAFO (http://www.bafo.com/) model and don't feel like going through the pain and agony of learning the hard way again.

Thanks for the help.
