I have 2 external USB hard drives (one is a combo USB/IEEE 1394),
but both are 40 GB, not 80 GB.
One is a Maxtor Personal Storage 3000 LE (but there is a 120 GB
version of this drive).
The other (dual interface) drive is from Acard (and I don't see it
on their web site).
Both of these work well for me.
