I'm not sure this patch is the best way to do it.  There are other devices 
like your iRIVER that choke (sometimes) on PREVENT-ALLOW commands, but 
they definitely _do_ have removable media.  Rather than turn off the RMB 
flag in the device structure, it would be better to suppress sending the 
commands at the appropriate spots in the sd driver.
