I was using the pwc with a Logitech camera before.  Apparently, there's
been some reverse engineering efforts:

http://www.saillard.org/linux/pwc/

to support 640x480.  It looks interesting, but isn't in the standard
kernel, although you should be able to build it as a module as long as
you have the headers/source of your currently running kernel.
