Thank You for information.
I tried to apply this patch today for 2.6.11-6mdk Kernel.
Finally I was able to load this module using moprobe but
even with this patch this player won't work - messages are same like in 
previous posts.

Seems that I need to push it into the trash .....

I Give Up ....no more ideas.....
