Hi,

I have a 2.6.11 (but I also tried 2.6.14) on a Fedora Core 4 with
AMD-Athlon64-3000+
/ ASUS A8V.

I noted thant the USB address isn't release after unplug device. After some
plugs/unplugs
the address are exhausted and the usb-dev became undetectable.

Steps to reproduce:
1) plug a usb-dongle or usb-ext-HD without/or without mount it.
Address 2 is assigned to usb-dev
2) unmount it (if mounted!)
3) unplug/disconnect it (on log appears: "USB disconnect, address 2")
4) replug/reconnect it (on log appears: "USB disconnect, address 3")

I can only "recover" losted address with an unmount of all USB-related modules.

Thanks for any help.
Roberto Colmegna
