It looks like it almost works properly, the only problem being that your devices aren't rediscovered after the resume. To get more detailed information, turn on USB verbose debugging in the kernel configuration (CONFIG_USB_DEBUG) and rebuild the USB drivers. Then post the log messages showing the suspend/resume process. You may find that things work better with 2.6.15-rc3.
