Yes, as I wrote, it seems that the Logitech "SetPoint" driver switches the dongle to Bluetooth mode somehow after logging in to Windows because the device isn't listed as Bluetooth dongle until you install this software. This mode switch between HUB and Bluetooth mode is actually noticeable as the mouse and keyboard stop responding for a few seconds after logging into your Windows account.
