Hi folks,

I'm trying to set up usb devices on 2.6.21.5 but for some
reason /proc/scsi is missing.

I've enabled -scsi device support, -legacy /proc/scsi support,
-scsi disk support, and scsi generic support in the kernel.

There is no scsi controller in hw but scsi is needed for usb.
I need to be able to identify the scsi devices in order to
mount the usb device. Normally this would be found in
/proc/scsi/scsi

The kernel does set up /proc/bus/usb and discovers the
two usb ports/controllers on the mainboard. But not the
usb device.

There's not a single scsi entry in dmesg.

All hints, clues and suggestions appreciated.

        b.
