usb 2.0 device connected on Super Speed HUB on USB 3.0 Port throws error during enumeration on 3.4 kernel.

Hi ,
I am working on 3.4 kernel , when i try to connect a USB 2.0 device on Super 
Speed HUB , i get following error.

usb 3-1.1: Device not responding to set address.
usb 3-1.1: device not accepting address 3, error -71

any inputs will be of great help.
