There were a few hurdles but IIRC

1: Identify the card you have (SM200D *is different* from SM200DTP!!!!!! Get the model 
FROM THE BOX) 
   and get the right drivers from the Skymedia site. I couldn't get the Ihug ones to 
work.

2: You won't be able to use any out of the box kernels from Redhat you will need to 
compile your own.
   I have 2.2.18 going. As far as I know 2.4.x won't work. I saw some code that an 
Ihug minion
   had done to get it to work on a 2.4 kernel but after some shagging around with it 
it started to
   get way to complicated.

3: When you compile the kernel make sure you have the new kernel source directories 
added to 
   your ld.conf file (it's embarassing how long it took me to cotton on to this :-) )


Once you have that kernel going and the ld.conf stuff done the installation program 
from
Skymedia and compilation thingy will hopefully work.

I'm sure I've missed stuff but the list above is the stuff I remeber as being the most 
traumatic :-)
