Theres a fellow on the NZLUG list who runs a cluster - Wayne Rooney - heres a quote from a recent post "I've added the tenth Pentium workstation to my cluster this week - a 133mHz I found next to a trash compactor and now my cluster, with a combined total of 1501mHz is now faster than my stepson's Athlon :-) (and I bet his Athlon cost more than the $70.00 I have spent on this cluster so far)" However both you and Wayne are either unmarried, or have very understanding wives. Mine is upset about the room two or three computers take up at home. She keeps pointing at the dial-up firewall and saying "what does that do, why do we need it there, junk, doesn't even have a screen ......" I can just imagine her reaction if I told her there were going to be 10 or 20 computers chugging away at the rsa factoring challenge or somesuch. setiathome on a cluster? she would have me committed LOL -- Nick Rout <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
