Bowen & List,

I too had trouble with this. I assume you're trying to get through by 
the normal Red Hat dial up menu.

This is my temporary fix til I can find a more automated way of doing 
it:

Open a Terminal.
Type kppp. [You'll be prompted for root.]
I get a funny error message on mine but a little connect box pops up,
I press connect & Bobs me uncle. Life's hard being a newbie. ;-)
