To make a proper answer, yes, the chat list is the only one.  This is 
the only mailing list on EFNZ so far.  Subscribe on 
http://lists.efnz.org.nz/mailman/listinfo/chat

I suppose this is a bit confusingly named, in that 'chat' is normally 
used to refer to IRC.  The EFNZ 'chat' list is just a normal email list.
