I would recommend verifying the rpms first using: rpm -K * If an rpm did not download correctly and you try to install it you could end up with a whole world of pain to fix. Also if they have been digitally signed this will verify they were packaged by who they say they are and that the rpm has not been altered or trojaned. It pays to be careful when downloading stuff from the big, bad Internet :)
