Not without changing the fans on my heatsinks. I tried Delta Black Label
7200RPM fans, but decided I value my hearing more than a few degrees of
CPU temperature reduction. The fans I'm using now were selected based on
their noise output.
All of the fans in my case are running at lower voltages to reduce
noise, so I have plenty of room for further cooling with some minor
changes -- but I have absolutely no stability problems, so there's very
little point altering them.

Actually, right now the CPU temperatures are 46 degrees -- but the
ambient room temperature is a lot lower than last time I looked at the
CPU temperatures, which was back during the warmer months.
Cheers,
Matthew.
