I am also a very satisfied Telstra/Saturn cable user.
The $99 installation fee also includes the network card which is yours to keep.
I pay $82/month for my cable net connection and phone line, this includes the cable 
modem rental.
There is a data limit of 10gigs/month but national traffic is only counted as a tenth.
In effect giving 100gig/month national.
Traffic from Paradise servers don't count towards your limit at all.
This includes the servers at gamers.paradise.net.nz and debian.paradise.net.nz 
The static ip is great, you can get a domain name and they will do the DNS for nothing 
extra.
