Munging has been covered in several threads. What works for me is: right-click on the clug address in kmail and chose "Send reply to".
At work I choose "reply to all" and delete the extra addresses. If I have to choose between munging and receiving cc'd list mail, I'll back down and take the cc's (only cc's is tasting like thees!).
