Aha. Well I don't care about the controversy around DJB, but find it
interesting that he puts up a rant about Content-length: headers (which
work extremely well for me and the lack of support for which breaks
most/all gui email clients) but then proceeds to define his own
personal headers.

I think one can safely file mail-followup-to: under /dev/null due to
lack of universal support in that case.
