I'll put in a vote for reply to user instead of list...

Being a member of too many lists both at home, and at work (Although I don't
belong to the Linux lists at work any more..) The reply to list option is a
pain in the rear when someone has an 'out of office' message set...  Or a
mail filter program that bounces an email for bad language or scripting and
then bounces the bounce as it comes back via the list, then bounces the
bounce, and bounces the bounce, and .....

Although, I do like the odd personal message that creeps through when the
reply is set to the list, it makes for entertainment on a whole new level to
look inside peoples personal emails :-).
