Ben, You do not have to apologize. Our CLUG is run on a voluntary input system from any members who want to contribute to its running. ie there is no governing body such as a committee. And no leading identity such as an elected president. So far it has worked out satisfactory. When I mentioned the registration address, I was taking an opportunity to explain my reasons for having it to everyone in list. (As I have since had doubts about having a seperate registration address like that ) You certainly haven't caused any inconvenience Ben. I hope are able to make it with your laptop on Wednesday evening. regards, Nick > > Thanks > Ben > > > > _______________________________________________________________ > Get the FREE email that has everyone talking at > http://www.mail2world.com > > <-----Original Message-----> > > From: Nick Elder > > >Sent: 9/28/2002 6:30:05 PM > >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED];[EMAIL PROTECTED] > >Subject: Re: CLUG Meeting Wednesday 2nd October-trouble shooting > > > > > >Ben, > > > > Speaking for CLUG if I may; please bring it along Ben if you can. > >Hopefully one of our members will be able to help you with your linux > >machine!
